A great place for a quick, simple all day breakfast that comes out fast! The owner is so kind and very welcoming; makes you feel right at home. And if breakfast isn't your vibe, they also have a variety of Chinese dishes and combos to choose from. A little hidden gem!

That was an amazing breakfast. What made me smile the most was when our friendly host brought our plates and said “breakfast is ready!!” in a family like way. Very sweet man. We were so happy to come here.

A nice little place for breakfast. Don't go here if you are looking for anything fancy, but if you want a diner-style breakfast with friendly service then this is your place. Prices are very affordable and it's a quiet place most mornings. Would definitely recommend if you just want an affordable and simple breakfast.

I LOVE FRANK'S HONEYBUN CAFE!! well priced, generous portions, and so yummy!! they have a pretty big variety of food and drinks, and the owners are always so friendly. The lunch combos are fantastic and one of my favourite things to grab on my lunch break!

I was visiting family in Victoria. I always walked by or drove by Frank's Honey Bun Cafe. I decided to try it. Was a little taken back by pay first. I left only 10 % tip. When the food arrived everything was hot. Food was delicious. Great portion great price. I left a better tip on the table when I left. I'll come back again.

This place is so cheap it’s insane. To get a plate of food that makes me feel like I’ve gained 5lbs is 13 dollars AFTER tax. Who still does that? Owner is an angel walking the earth, and every time I walk in he greets me by name, even though I don’t come very often. Worth giving them your money for lunch, especially in this economy.

One of my all time favourite Victoria spots. I have been going since High School. Huge selection of great drinks and food, and a nice variety too. In high school I would often get the smoothies and as an adult I love their breakfast selection as well as their Chinese food combos which I will often get for lunch. They also have very nice milk tea and iced coffee. The atmosphere is nice and the owners are two of the sweetest people I know. I will always vouch for them and Honeybun Cafe.
